This setup allowed launching innovative methods of non-stationary luminescence and non-stationary desorption developed by the department's experts.
Unique multifunctional nanocluster complex allows investigation of structural and physical properties of mono- and multicomponent nanoclusters on the basis of rare-gas and molecular gases. The obtained results made it possible to create an innovative simulator of extraterrestrial vacuum ultraviolet and ultrasoft X-ray solar radiation for laboratory studies of its action on materials used in space engineering and for ground tests of space vehicles and systems.
