Area of expertise
1. Point contact electron-phonon interaction spectroscopy of normal metals and superconductors.
2. Point contact spectroscopy of nickel boron carbide compounds and HTSC.
3. Nonequilibrium phenomena in superconducting point contacts.
4. Point contact spectroscopy of superconducting multilayer compounds.
Industrial Activities
Participated in the design of the ultra-high vacuum electron beam sputtering machine.
Constructed a basic set - a device for creating adjustable clamping microcontacts and an intermediate cryostat, allowing to conduct measurements using superconducting solenoids with bore diameters from 25 mm in the temperature range from 1.5 K to room temperature. This steam also allows temperature measurements directly in the transport helium duct, providing radical savings in refrigerant and the possibility of a long measurement cycle.
Scientific and organizational activity
Member of the Scientific Council of B. Verkin ILTP of NANS on the problem "Electronic properties of conducting and superconducting systems".
Author and co-author of more than 50 papers in reviewed journals, 1 reviews, 2 inventions, h-index 9 (Scopus).
