Vitaliy Yefimovich Sivokon Senior researcher.
He graduated from Kharkov State University (Physico-technikal Department) in 1973.
Since 1975 he is with the ILTPE NAS Ukraine, defended a PhD Thesis in 1997 , has an academic title of Senior research fellow (2006).
He was awarded by Prize of B.I. Verkin of NAS of Ukraine (2010).
Scientific interests: electron systems over a liquid helium surface, two-dimensional Wigner crystals, low temperature techniques and equipment.
He is an author and co-author of over 80 publications and inventions.
