Eduard Yakovlevich Rudavskii -  Principal Researcher, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, Professor..

He graduated from the Physical-Technical Faculty of the National Technical University "KPI" (1961).

 Since 1964, he has been working at the Institute for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, where he defended his PhD thesis (1972) and Doctoral dissertation (1988), He has the scientific title of Professor (1996).

Winner of the State Prize of Ukraine (1996). Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (2003).

Scientific activity is devoted to research in the field of physics of superfluidity, physics of quantum crystals and ultralow temperature techniques. He is the author and co-author of more than 200 scientific papers and inventions.
