The ³He-⁴He dilution refrigerator is use for investigations of the kinetic properties of the low dimensional conducting systems in semiconducting systems

It contains following basic elements:

- Dilution cryostat with degree chamber. Refrigerating capacity - 60 µw at 150 mK. Minimum temperature is 75 mK.
- Thermometry system.
- Superconducting solenoid with limit magnetic induction 5.6 T. The homogeneity magnetic field in the geometric center is 10^-4.
- Automated system of the magnetic field change.
