Graduated from Kharkov State University in 1982.

PhD Phys & Math, B.Verkin Institute for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (ILTPE) in 1987.

Submitted thesis: “Non-Linear Dynamics of One-Dimensional Magnets” (Scientific adviser - prof. A.Borovik).

Employment:

On the research staff of ILTPE since 1982 occupied the following positions:

Since 1982 – Junior Researcher of the Theoretical Department;

Since 1988 – Researcher of the Theoretical Department;

Since 2001 – Senior Researcher of the Theoretical Department;

Invited Researcher in Chalmers University of Technology and Goteborg University during 1995-20012 years, Seoul National University during 2013-2015 years.

Research interests:

  • Theoretical study of nonlinear dynamics of magnets. Microwave properties of ferromagnet;
  • Nonequilibrium mesoscopic: coherent dynamics in external fields;
  • Hot electrons in mesoscopic point contacts;
  • Nonequilibrium properties of nanomagnetic structure;
  • Shuttle instability in nanostructures.
