Kharkiv is the second biggest city of Ukraine (about 1,500,000 population), the former capital of Ukraine and the industrial, cultural and scientific center of the Eastern Ukraine. It is located in the East-North of Ukraine. The conference will be held in B.Verkin Institute for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and in V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University June 19-24, 2017.
